Department of Education State Turnaround Coach, Executive Director of Principal Evaluation & Coaching in Turnaround Schools, Assistant to the Superintendent, Elementary School Principal, Middle School Assistant Principal, and Teacher Leader and Classroom Teacher.

Dr. Biggs successfully defended her doctoral dissertation after completing a rigorous & accelerated 2-year Executive Educational Leadership Doctoral Cohort Program at Seton Hall University (SHU). She was the 1st in her doctoral cohort to defend a dissertation (no required revisions/recommendations). The timely and relevant 21st Century dissertation topic was: “Superintendents’ Beliefs About Barriers That Can Influence Their District Technology Leadership Practices” — an excellent precursor to the 2014-2015 national roll-out of the PARCC assessments.

Dr. Biggs was selected to be the face of SHU’s Executive Ed.D. Program for promotional and advertising purposes (EdWeek, July 2013 and other publications).

Dr. Sharon M. Biggs also leads the Educational Leadership Development Team at Marketplace Dynamics, LLC (MD).
